“Samsung is thrilled to be part of the Monaco Yacht Show, pairing up with two wonderful companies that can help highlight the innovative displays we are producing,” said Seog-gi Kim, Executive Vice President of Visual Display Business at Samsung Electronics. “We hope that The Wall becomes the next generation video display for MYC attendees, as they will create a unique and optimal viewing experience.”
Luxury Entertainment with The Wall
The Ideaworks showroom is the perfect location to feature The Wall, as the showroom tailors and installs top-of-the-line technical equipment for high-end yacht owners.
Samsung’s The Wall for home displays provides excellent FHD and UHD resolution in a variety of sizes starting from 73” up to 146” and delivers a larger-than-life UHD picture quality with a 0.8 mm pixel pitch display. As yacht owners are looking to upgrade their technology, The Wall is the ideal addition to create an unsurpassable entertaining space with an awe-inspiring visual experience while sailing the seas. When users are not watching content, the screen can be an extension of still and moving digital art providing the perfect blend with the interior.
“The Wall gives owners the opportunity to reinvent spaces. Its ability to scale to virtually any size, and display content with such remarkable clarity, gives owners and their design teams an amazing new tool to create immersive and engaging spaces. Our teams are now actively working with owners and their teams to show how this unique product can be incorporated into their projects,” said Kevin Andrews, founder of Ideaworks.
Big Screen Entertainment with IF Series
Samsung is also featuring its IF Series (Model Name: IF015H) fine pixel pitch LED signage at the Bond Technology Management exhibit space (AL13). Bond Technology specializes in high end audio visual and communications solutions and has designed systems for three of the largest private yachts built to date. Samsung’s IF series showcases its LED HDR scene adaptation technology. With vibrant and clear images, attendees will receive information seamlessly, always staying aware of their location throughout the exhibit.
“With large screens becoming more prominent on yachts and the technologies improving each year we have seen this area become a specialist field within Bond TM,” said Will Faimatea, Director and Founder of Bond TM. “Working together with a premier company such as Samsung is an honor, and allows us to fully demonstrate the incredible in-house knowledge that we have gained and kept at Bond TM over the past 12 years.”
