95inch commercial display selected as the most InAVative display product
SEOUL, Korea – February 5, 2014 – Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. today announced that it has been honored with a 2014 InAVation Award for one of its B2B display solutions. Hosted by InAVate magazine, the 2014 InAVation Awards highlight the outstanding work carried out by AV integrators and manufacturers throughout the EMEA region in a range of vertical markets. Samsung was recognized with the “Most InAVative Display product” award for its ME95C Large Format Displays (LFDs). The winners were announced at Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2014 in a ceremony at the Amsterdam Convention Factory in Amsterdam.
Samsung’s award-winning entry was nominated by the InAVate editorial team, then voted on by the AV industry to decide on the winner. Samsung’s B2B display solutions, including the ME95C LFDs, are on display this week at ISE 2014 in the Samsung stand (#1-H20) at the RAI in Amsterdam.
ME95C LED Commercial Display
At 95”, the Samsung ME95C LFD is the world’s largest LED commercial display and the go-to solution for high end retailers and corporate meeting rooms looking to highlight products and enhance the meeting experience. The ME95C offers unmatched picture quality with broader color contrast and added depth to blacks. The display can be installed both vertically and horizontally, allowing more flexibility for a wide variety of customer applications. This enables retailers to deliver a differentiated in-store experience with real-size digital signage that provides a more immersive viewing environment where customers feel like they are looking at actual products. In the corporate environment, the ME95C replaces existing devices such as projectors with a more engaging display experience. The LED back light used in the ME95C also requires less energy to operate, helping to further reduce costs.
“Samsung is honored to be recognized with this InAVation Award,” said Senior Vice President Jeong-hwan Kim at Visual Display Business in Samsung Electronics. “The B2B display market in EMEA is a key growth area for us in 2014, and we are pleased that one of our key B2B display solutions has been recognized by industry experts.”
