LYNK Cloud supports web-based content creation, deployment and powerful multimedia hosting with video and image streaming of large files. In-room TV’s also support interactive content that can help receive and respond to requests such dining orders, facility bookings or a digital concierge.

Integrated device management
Samsung LYNK Cloud supports monitoring and remote access for in-room TVs to make configuration, channel map and program guide adjustments as well as controlling basic functions such as power and language settings. Managers can also review error notices in real-time to quickly resolve any issues.

Safe access for popular entertainment apps
Guests can watch their favorite Netflix movies and shows and enjoy entertainment from the hotel room just like at home. After entering login credentials once, they remain logged-in and because Samsung LYNK Cloud is synced with a hotel’s PMS, guest credentials are automatically cleared after check-out.
